Contact
One address. No form, and no phone number.
Everything reaches contact@aideology.fyi. There is no contact form because a form either posts nowhere, which is dishonest, or posts somewhere and quietly collects an IP address and a browser fingerprint you did not agree to hand over. Email does neither.

Commitments
What the numbers in that table mean.
Five business days
A substantive reply, not an acknowledgement. If something needs longer, we will say so inside those five days with a date, rather than going quiet and hoping you forget.
Thirty days
The period Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13 set for access and correction. Verifying who you are happens inside that period, not on top of it. If we refuse a request we give written reasons, name the ground we rely on, and tell you how to complain.
Same or next business day for security
We would rather chase a false alarm than miss a real one. A good faith security report is never treated as hostile and never triggers a legal threat. If you find something, tell us before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it.
If we do not satisfy you
You can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992. There is no fee, you do not need a lawyer, and you do not need our agreement. The OAIC will normally expect you to have given us 30 days first.

What happens to your email
Support threads are kept for 24 months, complaint threads for 7 years. Writing to us does not subscribe you to anything, because there is nothing to subscribe to. Detail is in the privacy policy.
Serving a document
The registered office is recorded against ACN 698 536 953 on the ASIC register. That is the address with legal effect for service, and it is why we do not publish a second address here that would not have that effect.
